I'm a 56 year old woman who is healthy and happy, comfortable with herself and open to new adventures. I am a holistic food, health and life coach who is also gluten intolerant.

I practice a meditation taught by The Ishayas called Ascension. I do yoga, too. I'm pretty all around nice and easy.
