I'm a 56 year old woman who is healthy and happy, comfortable with herself and open to new adventures. I am a holistic food, health and life coach who is also gluten intolerant.

Food, outdoor activities, reiki, The Way Of The Heart, animals of all kinds, kids, live music and theater, dancing and singing, colorful clothes and jewelry, life as art, quantum physics and energy medicine. I practice a meditation taught by The Ishayas called Ascension. I do yoga, too. I'm pretty all around nice and easy.
