ABOUT ME

My name is Hrafnhildur Ýr, I live down town in Akureyri which is the capital of the north of Iceland. I'm open minded and relaxed. I love travelling and I like couchsurfing when i travel, that way I get to know a lot of different and exciting people while getting to know my destination from a local perspective. I've been working at The Body Shop for few years but i applied for collage next autumn, and i'm really excited for starting something new.

I surf and i would like to host when my living arrangement will allow me. But I always like meeting people through CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience so far has been really good, i've met a lot of great and interesting people. Nothing bad has ever come up and i hope it stays like that.

Interests

I'm really into travelling, i'm studying languages so i'm really interested in meeting new people from foreign countries to improve my language skills.

I don't watch many movies but i like it.
I listen to almost everything but for most parts i like music like SZA.

Sat at the top of the the alps with few of my good friends sharing a launch and a laugh.

I'm always up for learning something new. I can teach you Icelandic, give you a taste of traditional Icelandic food and introduce you to Icelandic music among many other things.
