CURRENT MISSION

2023/2024
At the moment it's Maike who can't travel but likes to host people in her shared flat and let them cook for her :D. I love to get to know new recipes, food and ideas! Unfortunately I'm traveling a lot for work, so in January I'm only here and there in Trier. Tends to be on weekends. I can still give it a try. I can also forward the request to my flatmates, but I guess the probability that it will work out is not that high.

2022
Currently it’s Maike without Sina but instead with Jessie traveling to the north of France by car. We will be sleeping in the car but it's always nice to get to know locals and maybe cook a vegan meal, share a dinner, chat or hike.
Jessie is a calm, friendly and polite social worker, who is currently working with underage refugees. Also he is doing lots of music and has a band named Papertones :)
Maike meanwhile studies fashion design, works in a shelter for homeless women and is doing gardenwork as soon as the sun comes out.

We're Sina and Maike.
Together and apart, we are on a constant journey of living, laughing, making music, meeting people, getting to know new places, finding inspiration, enjoying nature - just to get to know and embrace what is out there!

We would love to share our experiences with all sorts of people - and as Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to do so, here we are! You would make us very happy if you share some time with us two cheerful, easy-going and open-minded girls and be a part of our journey.
