Overview
About Me
German. Based in Hamburg. Media and Communication Management student.
Vegetarian, free spirit, dreamer.
Easygoing, responsible, tidy, open-minded and organized. And I want to make a difference.
Okay that's sound pretty cheesy... but it is always hard to describe yourself in a few words.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have surfed a lot (airbnb is a nice option as well).
And I have to say:
Couchsurfing in Australia and Asia was one of the best experiences I have made so far! I have met locals, learnt so much more about the cultures, religions, the people. About life. Unforgettable memories and hopefully lifelong friendships.
Even if I have traveled the whole last year... there is so much more on my bucket list (for example Vietnam, Tanzania and Marocco)!
And it would be great to meet openminded inspiring people who look outside the sphere, maybe locals, listen to their story and tell mine during my trips.
I don't want to be just a tourist but a visiter who finds new international friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like a lot of different music genre but my favorite bands are the xx, the Kooks, London Grammar, Ben Haward, Daughter and SOHN (yeah I love british music!). But I am open to any other kind of music as well!
Movies: Leon the professional, Fight Club, The Great Gatsby, Sin City.
Books: Lord of the rings (when it comes to fantasy stories I am such a nerd) and lots of books from Luiz Ruiz Zafon.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
An exchange semester in Australia (political science), farm work, living in a bus and in the rain forest, zip lining above the ocean, a drum gig in Nimbin, dancing until the morning in a gay club in Bangkok, midnight swimming in Surfers Paradise, stargazing on a sailing boat at the Whitsundays, christmas on a beach, a roadtrip just with guys, best brunch ever at Nikki beach in Koh Samui, couchsurfing. Every time I come home again.
But to fall in love was probably the most amazing thing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have done a little bit of everything in my life so I may help in many ways.
The last thing I have started is yoga and meditation. If you are interested in this kind of stuff we can practice together! And I can make a very very tasty ice chai latte for after our exercises.
I love to stay active and learn new sports such as surfing. So I wouldn't mind to meet some surfers who can teach me some skills.
I love to listen to live music if you can play the guitar or something else that would be lovely.
I am honest: I am not a professional in the kitchen. However I love to cook and to exchange recipes.
When you send me a couchsurf request please add the word 'Chai Latte' in your message. So I know you read the profile and actually care about getting to know me and don't just want to have a free accommodation.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will keep your place nice and clean while I am staying at yours. Gardening as well if you need a hand there.
And of course I can teach you German if you want me to and you can visit me in my flat in Hamburg - Germany whenever you want to!
Last but not least I love deep conversations while drinking a nice bottle of vine. I will sponsor the vine and will entertain you as much as possible :)
