ABOUT ME

We both love learning and discovering new things.
Laurent is a translator from English, Italian and Serbo-Croatian. Now he would like to learn better German. He also works as a literary critic for an art magazine.
Maëlle studies languages ; she is especially found of Swedish.
We are quite serious persons. Even when we're messing, kidding or doing stupid things, we try and do it seriously.

PHILOSOPHY

What for a "philosophy" ? We seek to discover, learn, understand everywhere, at every moment, in every situation.

Interests

One of our main free time activities is reading and we do it everywhere especially in cafés. We also love attending operas and concerts. We love walking, visiting, strolling in search of some special thing which might give sense to the all day.
We generally hate sport however, we enjoy going by bike, walking and swimming.
We are both very interested in languages and we enjoy practicing quite much!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a New Year Eve in Sarajevo listening to memories of the siege.
Getting totally drunk at 2 pm the day of Ferragosto in one of the most remote village of Italy.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach basic Serbo-Croatian and/or Swedish. It might be more useful than what you're thinking at the moment.
We love cooking and know lots of strange meals.
