Thank you for visiting my profile. I'm looking for new friends from all over the world, and I'll be happy to share with you my Russian (or Ukrainian, because I am a native speaker of both languages).

I was born in Zaporizhzhia. If you'll come here, I'll be pleased to show you the island of Khortytsya, this is really a magical place, a historical and cultural reserve and one of the seven wonders of Ukraine, you can watch the BBC's video about it (at the bottom of the page).

My favorite hobbies are gardening and winemaking. Also I like hiking, climbing mountains, biking, etc.
I work as a psychophysiologist. Sometimes I write books in the psychology nonfiction genre.
I like classical and modern literature, good cinema (oh yeah, I'm a movieman), different music. Sometimes I like to work with hands (sculpture, carving, etc.) But also I like just to sit back, relax or meditate in silence.
I'll be happy to help you improve your Russian / Ukrainian and answer your questions about Russian / Ukrainian culture, and I'll talk with you on any topic (art, life, people, psychology, history, travel, books, movies, cooking, spiritual development etc .). And by the way, I'm a good listener. :)

Recently I started to learn French, but now I'm at the beginning of the study and unfortunately at the moment I can not write in French. But I'll definitely learn it, I believe in it.
My English is also not very good, but lately I've been studying English every day and I hope to improve it soon. I'll be glad if you help me with my English. I appreciate sincere communication. :)
