ABOUT ME
I'm a french traveling, laughing, discovering and thinking being.
I lived in Germany and Austria for a while. Now I'm a volunteer in Bucharest for an environmental NGO (I'm the IT guy)
I like to talk, to listen, to think, to help.
People usually say I'm quite funny... For me It's just a particular sensitivity to life's absurdity :D
I can get quite intellectual sometime. I have this bad habit to think that I contracted as a philosophy studient - if it's getting annoying just offer me a beer for I don't hold alcohol that much... ;)
PHILOSOPHY
let's see what is happening right now...
"Erst wenn alles scheiße egal ist, macht das leben wieder Spass" Element of crime

Music, Movies, and Books
To stay with the essential I love Vicente Minelli, Woody Allen and Alex Corti's films. Also, Die fetten jahren sind vorbei and a lot of others... Usually anything with some black humour works great on me...
I listen to a lot of music, I mean rock, hip hop, classic, jazz, a bit of electro, chansons françaises...
My favorite are Dire Straits / Georges Brassens / Rachmaninov / Georg Kreisler / Jean Ferrat / Element of crime / Diam's / Sarah Vaughan / IAM / Billie Holiday / Parov Stellar...
Regarding books I've read a lot of Michel Foucault, Spinoza and Bergson during my study and I still have nostalgic feelings about them... Now I'm more into stuff like Krishnamurti or Adyashanti. Still some philosohy or economics... I'm also reading a lot about energy and climate change...
Absurdity seems to be something I like very much :D So my favorites Books are: The master and Marguerite from Bulgakov and A Confederacy of Dunces from J.K. Toole
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working as a lock keeper for 4 mouths. 9 hours a day on a canal where no boat ever pass... So it turns out you can be hired for meditation, playing guitar, reading and writing...
Climbing at night on a church using renovation's scaffolding to end up at the very top of its arrow.
Living one years in a three floors house with 7 other person in Witten (Germany)
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been teaching french in germany and austria as a french assistent. So if you want to improve your French talking with me, we can do that !
