ABOUT ME

Welcome to my profile!
A bit about me : I love meeting new people, especially from different places and cultures. I love sports to a passion, and I've met many of my best friends through sports. I love traveling (obviously, or I wouldn't be here!), and I know how useful and fun it can be to have a couch to crash on and people to guide you in a new city. Other than that I'm a bit of a nerd, on a rainy day I love watching TV shows and playing video games, and I have a past filled with night-long LAN parties and DnD quests. :)

PHILOSOPHY

I think perseverance is one of life's most useful quality. Through perseverance you can obtain anything you want, from a girlfriend to losing 100 lbs to becoming a great musician. Most problems I've had in my life have or could have been solved through perseverance, so now I try my best to never give up and to keep working through tough patches.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I intend to travel around the world after I finish school, and intend to use all the couches I can find while during so! In the meantime, I'm offering my couches to fellow travelers who want to visit Montreal. I'm also offering my services as a tour guide around town, since Montréal is a great city but some of the best things aren't always the most known.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in London. I was living in the house of people I had met in Paris a few weeks prior. It was a great experience, and now I want to offer the same opportunity to other people.
My roomates and I are all signed up on Couchsurfers, and through it we have already hosted 7 people! They have all been great experiences so far, and we can't wait to see new faces in our appartment!

I love sports, video games, books, TV shows and parties. I'm very open-minded when it comes down to activities, usually I'm having fun if I'm among friends, no matter what we're doing.

I'm not really picky about movies, I'm often watching it with other people so if the movie is bad we're having fun making fun of it.
I listen mostly to metal and rock, with a bit of random stuff.
Books are my lifeblood, it would take too long to list here but I mostly enjoy Fantasy books.

I've lived abroad in Hong Kong for a year (student exchange). It's changed my whole life and it was a wonderful experience.
I love climbing mountains. In any country, when I'm traveling I'll always try to find a mountain to climb. There's a certain feeling when you finally reach the top that's not quite anything else.

I've been a French tutor, I guess I can teach you some French? I'm also versed in physics, maths and astrology but who wants to hear about that? I can also teach you to do a backflip if that's something you'd enjoy. I've been doing it for years now :)
