Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently started moving around Europe, I have left Hungary last September. While I still lived in Budapest, we hosted quite a few travellers and it was great fun! We had a joint account with my flatmate then as hosts - this is why it seems like I have not much experience here, but in fact, I do :) My flatmate, my son and I enjoyed sharing ideas and experiences on public life, social infrastructure, arts, sustainability and what not and taking travellers to some places just insiders know of :)

I prefer the same closeness to a country's society when I travel - seeing how the people live.

Interests

It's hard to say what I am not interested in.
Arts, alchemy, philosophy, psychological questions, social issues, nature, the (pseudo)evoliution of mankind, wellbeing, gastronomy, etc.

I like seeing the serious and the funny side of things.

I like classical - Rachmaninoff, Dvorak, Bach and Mozart especially.
I like psychaedelic rock, jazz and authentic world music, but I will gladly homedisco on Stromae or Madonna :D

The Big Blue, Her, Amadeus, Frida, The Fall...

I read quite a lot of contemporary literature - novels and poetry and also theoretical books.
