About Me
Hello there! My name is Bartosz and although I'm not an IT guy I work in IT. I'm pretty open-minded and always happy to help and share.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people sounds like such a cliche, but that's probably the no.1 reason why I'm here. I don't travel as much as I want to and my weeks can get really busy so I'd be happy to share what I have in exchange for a piece of news from he world.
Interests
I never really had one or two hobbies per se. The world seems to be to big and interesting to focus my mind on things like stamp collecting or trains. I like all sorts of unplugged games (RPG, board games, etc.). In my spare time I like runing long distances.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kinds of music, but I find it hard to get used to the modern hipster stuff. I prefer old-school rock, heavy metal and grunge. Iron Maiden has been my favourite band since high school so you get the picture. I still wear their t-shirts sometimes.
As far as movies go, I prefer the sci-fi existential ones. Metropolis, Blade Runner, and Ex Machina should give you the picture. I've also seen every episode of Star Trek and MacGyver ever made.
I read as many books as I can, and I'm never picky. I started off as a sci-fi and fantasy nerd but I like expanding my horizon. If I'm out of ideas what to read next I ask my friends to recommend something that changed the way they think.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Saved planet Earth from an incoming comet. No wait, that was Armageddon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a class A procrastinator. I can probably teach you how to get nothing done and feel good about it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Spare couch in my study room is a start. I can show you aroud the city and probably find an interesting fact or two about some places in the region. I'm not big on architecture but I know my way around the pubs pretty well :)
I live 10 mins from the city centre in one ot the fastest-growing districts of the city. There are 10 millon food trucks and craft beer shops around.
I'm also happy to listen as long as you don't wanna sell me something.
