ABOUT ME

I am a 23 year old girl who grew up in the beautiful city of Hamburg, Germany. A year and a half ago however, I moved to Bochum which is located in the West of Germany close to many other great cities. I am a medical student and love studying and living here. I joined a great field hockey team here and enjoy playing and practicing with them very much. Other than that I guess I am a pretty open-minded girl who gets along with pretty much anybody. I love going on hiking trips in Scandinavia when I have a vacation and love being challenged by nature when I am out there.
I learnt about my love to travel when I decided to do a student exchange year in America in 2010. After I finished school I went to South East Asia for 5 months and loved getting to know a totally different culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I never expected to have such great experiences when I first joined couchsurfing. I have met incredible people so far and feel like a really lucky person to have the privilege of having been a guest to so many hospitable and generous people!

Interests

In my spare-time I enjoy cooking, meeting up with friends and cultural activities. I also love hiking in nature, reading and partying.
