About Me

French born but with a nomadic soul. I was bitten by the travel bug since I was child, travelling by motor home around France and Europe with my family. In 2017, I backpacked across South America with a friend after we graduated from university, an amazing experience !
I lived one year in Ireland volunteering in an arts centre. And after that we cycled with my boyfriend Ewen across Ireland and Scotland : such a nice way to travel (only thanks to our own legs) !
And now, we got the chance to go backpacking again for one year from Colombia to Canada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because it's a great way to get to know locals while traveling or moving to a new place, practice languages, learn about world's different cultures, discover other places and share nice moments with people. I started surfing and used it a lot during my 1 year trip in South America (more with my friend's profile : Elisabeth Mrl) and thanks to it, I met a lot of amazing people and did incredible things I couldn't have done otherwise.

Interests

Arts, eat, travel and chill out ! :)
I love going to see a show (I especially enjoy street arts and dance but I also like theatre and modern circus), a concert, an exhibition, a movie...
I like being outside and hiking, especially off the beaten track.
I practiced rhythmics gymnastics for 12 years, modern, african and contemporary dance, played in a batucada and recently I started to learn trapeze (even though I have a little bit vertigo!).
I'm newly discovering the world of scubadiving 😍
I love spending time with my friends in a nice pub around a good beer and getting to meet new people from different cultures.
And of course, as a good French, I love eating (and cooking too ;)) !
