Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I always used to say that traveling is not about booking expensive hotel in a center of capital city with as much comfort and convenience as you can have, but it is about traveling, living sparingly and modestly, even surviving sometimes, instead of a hotel living with local and native people in their houses, by doing so getting to know their culture, traditions and cuisine. That's how I do it while traveling.

Interests

Currently I live and work in Bratislava. I have graduated from my university in 2016 in a field of International Relations and Diplomacy. I love meeting my friends and laughing with them, sometimes going on parties and trips, I truly love taking photographs. As I have mentioned above, travelling is my biggest hobby and I consider it as an inevitable and necessary part of my life, so I always try to get to lots of countries and places. I'm interested in doing sports activities such as football, floorball, table tennis, tennis, etc. Although I always say that travelling is the greatest sport in my life. Breakthrough between my interests and my dreams is to learn many languages (especially Arabic one day); in the meantime I speak English and Spanish and I also give classes of Spanish in Bratislava. The other thing I can mention about me is that I'm a collector by heart since my childhood as I collect stamps, postcards, coins, banknotes, traditional masks from the whole world, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done during my life lots of amazing and interesting things, so I can't even describe them here right now. Regarding the places I have been to, I have travelled to many European countries and also some other pieces of our beautiful world, but I'd like to increase their amount day by day. I'm looking forward to experience amazing things every day in my life and hopefully there are many more to come.

But okay, I'll mention one amazing thing I did and I'm still proud of myself because of that. I climbed the highest and biggest VOLCANO in PANAMA by my own during 11 hours hiking in really bad weather full of rain and wind, barely with some light and hope to achieve it. But I made it happen, guys!

Teach - I can suggest you some places where I have been to, give you pros and cons of them, and as I'm a photographer I could teach you how to take a worthy picture everywhere you will travel.

Learn - I'd like to learn and understand the habits and traditions of as many different cultures in the world as I can.
