Meeting with people from all around the world and seeing new parts of the world is something that enriches life. I have my roots in the Netherlands and gained a fair part of travel experience through work and private adventures. At home I have a wide circle of international friends.

I love to explore, to know what is behind that corner, and it makes me happy to show people around and give the a good experience, e.g. by showing my city. People that join me on sight-seeing usually say: amazing day; but you can't set any footstep anymore at the end of the day ;-)

I like travel in general and if possible explorer the non-common path from A-to-B. During the travels I enjoy both nature as cities. In cities I have a strong interest in architecture and I usually choose for the 'museum of the street' which shows the city and its people as it is now with all its dynamics,

Enjoy life and not just follow the mass, always wonder why things are the way they are and open your eyes for other thing too :-)

Knowing the world by interacting with people. For me it is the best way to discover, to know the real local food, music, communication style, traditions, behaviour, way of living, opinions, it is all very challenging to know about it; it enriches us. It makes me appriciate what I have and opens my eyes for my own culture's drawbacks.

I live near Utrecht, it takes a 30 min bike or tram ride to get there. I work fulltime, but a 1 or 2 days from home.
