Hi! I would describe myself as optimistic and kind. I grew up in Hong Kong, but recently graduated from Carleton College, a liberal arts college in the town Northfield, Minnesota.

I'm vegan, but highly adaptable to different living environments and personalities, and respectful of all lifestyles and worldviews.

Books:
The Sculptor by Scott McCloud. Other favorites: Harry Potter, any dystopian novel.

Music:
I love soundtracks (Howl's Moving Castle, Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Little Miss Sunshine), and anything with layers, especially when the trumpet or violin or cello plays an accompanying part. Orchestral rock (Sufjan Stevens, Yann Tiersen). Also calm relaxed EDM.

Movies:
ANIMATIONS! And coming to age films, or films with awesome MUSIC or screenplays! Any Miyazaki movie. Monster Hunt. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. The Social Network. The Devil Wears Prada.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I reached enlightenment* once! In which I realized that being enlightened is actually kind of meaningless and insignificant (but in the best way).
