Hi, I’m Trish – a venue stylist and entrepreneur from the Philippines, dedicated to creating beautiful spaces and experiences. My journey began over 10 years ago with Bride and Rose, a concept store for affordable yet elegant weddings and events. Through our all-in packages, I’ve helped couples bring their dream celebrations to life, with everything they need from invitations to gowns and decor all in one place.

Fueled by a love for travel and connecting with new people, I expanded into hospitality with Amourè Sanctuaries, a boutique mini-hotel offering cozy, nature-inspired stays that bring guests a sense of peace and intimacy. Additionally, I own Blanchè Hotel in Boracay, a serene island retreat where travelers can enjoy a blend of relaxation and nature. I’m excited to offer Blanchè Hotel as a franchising opportunity, inviting others to share in this hospitality journey by opening their own slice of paradise.

Beyond hotels, I’ve invested in small real estate properties that focus on preserving nature, designing spaces that blend harmoniously with their surroundings. These ventures reflect my commitment to sustainable travel and my desire to offer guests an experience rooted in nature.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet people and learn from their personal experiences and advices. I believe that there is always a reason on why you meet someone in your life. And I believe that there's a lesson from every people that you meet. I love to be friends from the people around the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I experienced my very first couching experience when I was 19, in Singapore(wasn't able to get a reference though) And it was a very great experience! I've been also hosted in a loving grp of friends in Boston and they are like a family to me now! Todd also hosted me in New York and he is amazing!

Now, my boyfriend and I hosted 3 people already and the feeling is also great because you can share your life to a random stranger but become a meaningful person in their lives. Plus I really love meeting friends with the same passion :)

I love books! Most especially books about life, and the human mind or brain. Books about leadership, science, conspiracies etc. But honestly, I don't finish book because I get bored easily whenever I already get the thoughts. That's the reason why I don't read novels. I love informative books. I love reading new informations but not fantasies. My favorite movies are Ex-machina, Lord of the rings, Armageddon, Titanic, Fast and the Furious, If Only, etc. My favorite singer is Avril Lavigne!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

So many to mention but one of the best things in my life is to travel alone while I was young, and to feed thousands of poor and hungry street children through the charity that I founded which is the #WeTouchPeople Charity. One of the best experience as well is when my family and I rode a Hot Air Balloon in Cambodia and we showered candies to the poor children. Another thing that I am proud of is that I was able to build a business to support my studies at a very young age of 19yrs old.

I was also got invited at Harvard University and I was able to go to United States for the first time, alone!!! I traveled for 4 days just traveling by different means just to reach my destination.. From New York, to Pennsylvania, to Toledo, to Chicago, to San Francisco, to Taiwan and then Back here in Manila :) it's amazing that technically, I was traveling back in time because of the time zone difference and I am just continuously moving for four days. Yes literally! It was a very long journey just to get back at home hehe..

Another amazing thing that I've done and is actually still doing is leading events and team buildings where I talk/speak about the wisdoms in life. I also do meditation and teach basic meditation and lead people(what I call my students) and they say that I touches and changes their lives. That's the best feeling that you could feel...

My life is not a walk in the park. At this age, I am confident to say that I've been and will continue to become an inspiration of all ages. My advices are:

1.) Always reinvent your self
2.) Love everything you do because success is a product of love
3.) Everything happens for a reason
4.) Pay attention to details because everything is a lesson
5.) Life is not easy, but you have to keep going
6.) Always stay your feet on the ground
7.) Keep smiling and don't judge.
8.) Become someone's reason to smile, once a day
9.) Always have gratitude
10.) Travel the world while you're young!

Ughhh, I love talking to people with sense and I don't like talking to people who always talk about other people. I believe and strongly agree in the saying "Great minds talk about ideas, Average minds talk about events, and Small minds talk about other people"
