ABOUT ME

Hey! I´m Haydée, and I'm currently studying Veterinary Medicine. I love animals, all of them, and to just observe them. I'm down to earth, not very talkative at first but i'm better at listening. I consider myself open minded, i'm open to trying new things and to know other peoples experiences in life. I have a dark and self deprecating sense of humor and pretty much laugh about sarcastic or non humorous things.

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the moment, enjoy every small thing that happens even if it's not something relevant. And do whatever you want to do today not wait for tomorrow. Just live and let live, and don´t overthink things too much.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new at CS so I haven´t participated a lot, but I´d like to hang out with people that come to my city or if you'd like me to show you around I'm open for that.

Interests

I love music, to get lost in it. I play drums but I´d like to learn how to play the violin, piano and cello. I´m also interested in cinematography, I have some ideas in my head about music videos I´d like to make as a hobbie for now. I´m open to playing any type of sport even if I don´t have much experience in it, I enjoy it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I´d like to become an expert at reading, to know a lot o f books and authors but in all honesty I´m a bit bad at that, I get easily distracted and sleepy. But a book that i've recently read and am sure much of you know it is On The Road by Jack Kerouac, I simply loved his ideology. I also like very much Haruki Murakami, especially his short stories.
In music I relly like calm, instrumental songs that usually end in a very loud climax but I also like house and electronic music. So I´ll list the songs that I can´t stop listening to at the moment: Aquilo - You there, Reuben Hollebon - Faces, Porter - Palapa, Underworld - Born Slippy, Hammock (all of their songs), Görkem Han Jr. - Ocean. My favorite bands are Sigur Ros, MGMT, Coldplay, Foals, Empire of the Sun, M83, Hammock and also other more.
Lastly my favorite movies are: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, American Beauty, Mr. Nobody, A Clockwork Orange, Trainspotting, Cloud Atlas, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Camp X- Ray and many many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I´ve climbed Los Tuxtlas in Veracruz with my classmates, it was just beautiful and one of the best experiences I´ve had. I haven´t seen amazing things outside my city but very beautiful skies and landscapes here.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my own expieriences, my story, my music, my philosophy, I can teach you how to play drums and violin if I can learn how to do it first haha and how to take care of your pets if you want too. I can learn from your experiences and whatever you´d like to share with me.
