My name is Henriët, I'm currently 24 years old. I'm from the Netherlands and I moved to Spain two years ago. I got a job as a receptionist in a hostel and it was so nice there that I ended up staying for two years. In the mean time I bought a Ford Transit van called Emilia that I absolutely love, and I have been living in it since I quit my job in october. I have adopted a dog called Rayna, and we are travelling around a bit together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have couchsurfed only a few times before when I was backpacking and I had mixed experiences. I have signed in again now, because we (me and my dog) need the help of couchsurfers. I will be driving to the Netherlands for Christmas, and although we are very comfy and happy together in the van, I think it is going to be sooohoooohoo cold! If there is anyone on my way who wouldn't mind offering us a place to sleep inside (it can be the floor!), we would be oh-so grateful :) We will only stay one night, as we are on our way to see my family, and we cannot offer you much except our company and a warm cup of tea with biscuits.

Even if we like different music, I'm sure we would get along? I'm into drum and bass, some techno, some house, some other stuff, but definetely and mostly drum and bass. Movies are great, I'd be happy to watch a movie. And at the moment I'm really into the walking dead. And yes, I like books too...
