PHILOSOPHY

Live with an open mind and an open ear, there´s too many viewpoints in the world to spend a life not noticing them. That´s part of it, I guess. Life is huge and exciting all around.

I`ve surfed a bit in the past, and want to get into hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Oaxaca here in Mexico and stayed with a couple of Couchsurfing Hosts-- great people, real friendly!

Music, Movies, and Books

Top 5ish bands would be Café Tacvba (mexican), The Who, The White Stripes, Gogol Bordello and let´s say Plastilina Mosh (mexican too). Love rock music, traditional mexican music, folk, jazz, salsa, and other genres here and there. Movies: Trainspotting, El Topo, La Vie Heroique, Alphaville, and just about anything is enjoyable, really. Books: Thomas Pynchon, Kurt Vonnegut, Roberto Bolaño and the like :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I`ve walked on a glacier once! This one time I got bit by a crow, too. Rode on horseback, a beer on my hand, like some kind of Marlboro ad (if it were a beer). Sang my national anthem in front of a bunch of people once. Doesn´t seem that amazing on paper, hmm.
