About Me

ABOUT ME

Two young people with a crazy sense of humor :) We are open minded, and quite realistic, we've been trough a lot in our earlier years. This seems a nice way to get to know new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems like a nice way to get to know new people and see places you normally wouldn't see because you stay with a local, instead of figuring out for yourself or having to lean on tourist guides.
In my younger years, I hitch-hiked quite alot and the people I met were always very kind and friendly. I like to help people out where I can, so if that means that there's someone sleeping on the couch, then that's fine by me :)

Interests

I have 3 horses of my own, a big one and 2 small ones. I almost spend all my time with them.
My boyfriend is mostly interested in oldtimer cars and motorcycles.
Especially those from the 50's.
He has 2 ambulance's from 1955, and 2 motorcycles, also 1950's.
So if you like to talk about horses or oldtimer cars, this is the right adress :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all kinds of music, from pop to rock, as long as it's not constantly the same, i'm oké with it. My boyfriend is totally into rock-n-roll, rock-a-billy and all kinds of old music.

I like to play Singstar :D My boyfriend not so much, so if anyone likes to sing, i'm a good competitor!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 14 years old, my mom, me and my granddad visited our family that lives in Canada. That was quite an experience and I saw the Niagara Falls which was pretty impressive. Last year, my boyfriend and I went to Tunesia on holidays.
We had a great time over there and I was pleasantly surprised about the country, after hearing a few horror stories from friends. The local people were very kind, a little obtrusive sometimes, but that's understandable, we tourist are their income.
And when I was 4 years old, my parents took me to Norway, which is a beautiful country! One day i'd really like to visit it again!

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach you how to work with horses, maybe ride, take the ponies out for a walk :) And learn a lot about old cars, bikes and how to put them together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share a couch, dinner, friendship :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Tunisia
