Hello!

I think describing yourself it's very hard and tricky because people are not very good at reflecting their own state, but I'll try my best!
I am someone that learns things the hard way. I've read and heard many testimonials about how travelling changes people's lives and how good it is meeting new people and new cultures. But I won't lie, I was very afraid to take the first step in my life that I'd actually be by myself and every decision that I'd made it would be on my risk.
So, despite everyone saying it would be too hard and that I couldn't do it (which highlights one of my characteristics - stubborn), I decided to board on a plane with destination to Warsaw. And then it felt like my whole life I was waiting, expecting for something, for some answer. Now I can say 100% that I still don't understand a thing about why we're inhabiting this world, but I do know that we don't have to understand, we just have to live it. And I may say that I am completing this task successfully.

I really want to share my experiences with other travelers, because I believe every person that cross my way gets something from me, and I gain something as well.

I guess I haven't been direct here about telling the relevant information about myself, so here it goes:

I was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I am very proud of my country and lucky to be born on my family. I am 22 years old, endless student, completing my major on Pharmacy. I love chocolate, watching movies, radical sports and travelling is my recent passion.

Last year I got the opportunity to study in Australia, and I have been traveling/ backpacking around Australia and Asia, because I want to make the most out of the opportunity I am having here.

I heard about couchsurfing from many travelers I have met around the world, who all had so many great experiences. So I decided to join because seems like a great way to meet many travelers and locals!

Música, películas y libros

Music: I really like Jack Johnson, Frank Donovan, Johnny Cash and The Beatles. I have a very eclectic taste for music.

Movies: Drama and Romance are my favourite gender. My top list films are Persuit of Happiness, Forrest Gump, Mr & Ms Smith, Into the wild and My Sister's keeper.

Books: I like the books from Harlan Coben such as Don't tell anyone and Play Dead. My favorite book of all times is A Thousand Splendid Suns.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I guess it was travelling by myself to Europe, since I didn't have any experience abroad, and to be honest it was really scary for me, but I met amazing people on my way that was being through the same experience than me, I had to learn to be responsible with schedules, appointments and manage situations when everything seems to go wrong.
