About Me

I am a former Journalist moving towards UI/UX Design, born and raised in the beautiful Barcelona, Spain, currently living in Seattle. I love traveling and is something I have done since I was a child. When I go places, I love to walk until my feet hurt, try foods that I have never ordered before, talk to locals and find out different perspectives, and read and learn as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an international student, I have to travel under a tight budget, and typically I don't have more than a few days to explore a city. I like to make the best of it and learn as much as possible, and in order to do so, I believe Couchsurfing is the best invention possible! I love being hosted by locals because I am able to get an understanding of the places that I won't get on hotels or on my own.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being an aupair in the United States is the most amazing experience I've ever had. That two year trip started as a quick way to learn English and ended as an introspection journey that shaped who I am today. I've travel to places I could only dream about, I met amazing people and I share incredible moments. Seattle will always be my second home and the people I met, my big American family!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to make the best Sangria ever (My dad's secret recipe)!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy talking on and on about my home country (Spain) and sharing my culture and my experiences here in the US. I love art, literature, history, dancing, good food, conversation that lead to other conversations.

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
