Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I lived a year in California when I was doing a so called "High School Exchange year" in Sonora near Yosemite. This year I'll be going back to visit my former hostfamily and ofcourse all my friends but I would like to visit Santa Cruz as well because Ive heard so many good things about it.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Going to California when I was 17 to live in a town of which i had never heard before and to live with a hostfamily i had never met before.
Experiencing all the cool American traditions like Thanksgiving, giving presents at Christmas and ofcourse all the activities at the local high school where I spend my senior year.

Well, I can for sure bring the best Dutch candy;) and if my host as any special request about a Dutch souvenir I can bring that as well. Furthermore, I can give insights in what student life is like in the Netherlands. It will surprise you, its sooo different!!
