Resumen
Sobre mí
Hello!
I'm Mariana, a born and raised porteña and tour guide from Buenos Aires, Argentina!
I'm a cynical, fun and outgoing girl. I'm am very candid and will talk openly about anything. I am always down for new cool, local experiences. I want to know how life is around the world
I am also a feminist and anti-fascist. I am proud to fight like a girl
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I started on Couchsurfing -like many- trying to cut expenses on my trips. But now, the money doesn't even take a part in it. From the instant I stepped into my first host's house, I understood things: being in Couchsurfing lets you see cities first hand by the people who live in them.
Just to host a traveler for free speaks about a person who loves cultural exchange and has a passion in sharing their lifestyle and city. This is so out of the travel books like I could never know. It's a way of traveling that is not for profit: is for discovery and exchange.
I would never travel any other way!

Música, películas y libros
I like a little bit of everything!
My library has an eerie combination of Poe, Cortazar, Orwell, craft beer literature and Marx.
My music library has an even weirder combination of tango, jazz, electronic music, reggae, classical music and argentine rock.
I can get all girl-mode with When Harry Met Sally and afterwards watch the Matrix.
I like all culture and soaking in it. I'm sure we'll find things to connect about!
Algo increíble que he hecho
-I exploded a cartridge of dynamite in the Potosí Silver mines of Bolivia.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
-I cook like a boss! (modesty aside!)
-Interesting conversations about science, politics, religion (Argentinans don't have taboos on talking on this subject, and I'm very respectful of cultures who don't want to engage in this topics!), philosophy and art
