I love to travel, that's my biggest passion in life. Meeting people from everywhere, exchange ideas, knowledge and ways of living is what amazes me more. I am open minded, passionate about life and ready to learn with everyone.

I'm now travelling India. For many years wanted to come, with the spiritual call to discover this complex fascinating culture. And to go deeper in my yoga practice.

I am a strong adept of Veganism and of what it stands for. I believe that compassion is the answer for many problems we have in our society and I thrive knowing that I am living causing the less amount of harm to other animals and to the planet.

PHILOSOPHY

Yoga to purify the body, vipassana to purify the mind.

We are what we eat.

Let food be the medicine. And medicine be the food.

Accept reality as it is, not as you want it to be.

Accept everyone you meet along the way as a teacher.
