I grew up in Luxembourg to a British dad and a Japanese mama. After spending my whole life in the small european country, I moved the south of England to study Criminology and Sociology. After a quarter life crisis and a couple of years in marketing, Im now a full-time photographer and webdeaigner.

I used to be absolutely terrified of water. Pools, sea, being submerged.. you name it. But when a friend approached me about a sailing trip with 7 friends off of the coast of Sardinia, I knew I couldn't say no. Thanks to the trip, I slowly moved towards overcoming my fear and I even decided to join my university's kayaking club. You should have seen my face when they told me to practice capsizing, but now I absolutely love being in the water. I think overcoming that fear was probably one amazing thing I've done. It took 22 years - it was about time!

I like to think I'm a decent cook. I think everyone should have a few solid recipes up their sleeves and my teriyaki feasts on spinach with sweet potato, bolognese from scratch full of diced veggie goodness.. They all seem a bit fancy but oh the deliciousness..

If all else fails I have aced my pancake and chocolate cake recipes!
