Finish College, Travel the World, Meet inspiring people
ABOUT ME
I like to make even the mundane fun and entertaining. I have a lot of positive energy, and I live for adventure. One of my favorite days backpacking in Vieques, I slept in a hammock on the beach, went for a sunrise run to find a cave someone mentioned, got kicked by a horse before 9am, foraged for coconuts, collected and cooked fresh snails, went kayaking in the bio-luminescent bay, got stung by a jellyfish, road dune buggies along the beach and walked with flashlights along the cost to see the island's night fish.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't want to ever be just a student or just my job. So everyday I will be a hoolahooper, a surfer, a farmer, a chef, a fire dancer, a comedian, a soccer player, a slack-liner, a backpacker, a seamstress... I love learning new skills and sharing what I know.

Music, Movies, and Books
Ip Man may be one of my favorite movies. I want to be Ip Man! Not solely because of the whole Wing Chun thing (though martial art skills are super bad ass) but because of his unconquerable moral character and spirit.
I am always down for a good comedy! Giving a shout out to Bridesmaids, Blades of Glory, casa de mi padre, and The Interview. Also, I love Ted talks!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Studied a semester abroad in Israel where I hiked across the country. I also went back to volunteer as an assistant teacher in Bat Yam, an economically repressed neighborhood and hub for new immigrants.
This past summer I helped lead a Placemaking project, where I had my photographs installed as part of the artist, JR's, "Turning the World Inside Out" art advocacy campaign to raise awareness on public housing issues in Chicago.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching me anything that you love doing is the greatest gift you can give me.
