Hi, I am Nicolette, 39 year old woman from the Netherlands.
Since 2003, I am using a wheelchair after a mountainbike accident, but that doesn't hold me from doing what I want! I work as a tutor to help immigrant children improve their Dutch, go out with friends, play wheelchair hockey and I like to travel; alone, just backpacking where ever I want to go. Right now I am planning the biggest trip of my live;
At october 8 I will fly to Vancouver, staying in that area for about 2 weeks, from there I will enter the States, where I will travel around for 3 months, to end my journey with a month in Mexico, .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I Am new on couchsurfing, never done anything like this before, but I really look forward to meet new people and see their hometown through their eyes. Locals knows where the best places are, and I would like to get to know the city not just as a tourist. I like meeting new people from different countries and listen to their stories and geeting to know their culture.
