ABOUT ME
I am all about books, music, art, science, mathematics, theater, sports (mainly football [soccer]), and what not. Anyway, I am always down to have amazing conversations of all kinds with anyone who is willing to share his life story. So buy me a cup of hot chocolate (or vice versa), and you'll gain a new friend ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always felt that the best part of any culture or region is the people residing in it. You can learn more about an area through a person's life story thanthrough a museum. Therefore, I'm all about getting to know a place and its awesome people.
Interests
I love to read, do math and science, and whatever comes to mind. I embarrassingly have to admit that I have a severe addiction to television premier programming, (currently obsessed with Silicon Valley) I am also a very good player at FIFA ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
More than amazing it's embarrassing yet. But anyways, here it goes:
When I was backpacking through Europe, I was responsible for unintentionally detaining the entire bus from Austria to Bulgaria for a few hours (almost a full day) when crossing through Serbian customs. Apparently, I was unaware of researching for proper permits to go through Eastern European countries. Everybody was angry at me; and, in spite of not knowing their languages, I could tell that they were not inclined to grab a pint with me later on. For 72 hours, I had no access to food (since I lacked any national currency and there were no exchange houses at any stop) with the exception of my nutella jar, pretzel sticks, and stored bottles of water. By the end, they let me go with a warning (or at least that's what I understood).
Moral of the Story: Always research the visas and permits needed for entry to a country.
