About Me
Hello,
my name is Eliška and I come from Prague, Czechia. I am an open-minded adventurous girl with a happy-go-lucky attitude in life. I think I can adapt quickly and to learn fast which is because I enjoy getting new skills and improving them.
The biggest passion of my life is food. Some 3 years ago I opened an independent vegan bistro of my own. It's a little bit complicated as it doesn't have a fix location, we can say it's a flying bistro. Cooking outside moving from place to place, doing pop-ups, caterings and managing the business is my occupation every summer. When the season is over, I love to relax and live "my own life" as the bistro doesn't really allow me to do much else, it's sort of like a jealous boyfriend.
Every winter I love to travel and broaden my cooking experiences, go to places and explore cuisines and cultures. And as I am specialised in Middle Eastern cuisine, I'm definitely heading there this time to try all the falafel and hummus it has to offer! :)
