Overview
About Me
Always a hard question.
I guess I'm a quite open person. Curious to learn and adventurous, and also rather stubborn. Since I've learnt (good) communication is the key to a lot of things, I try to be as sincere and clear to people as I can - often still a good excercise.
I appreciate a certain energy in people. Also I love to learn, in lots of ways. New experiences, new people, new points of view, ..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Very simple. Like a lot of people, I am convinced that any journey is much more interesting, adventurous and valuable if it has meeting new people in it. I've couchsurfed a few times now and none of my visits has passed without learning from my hosts -I've never hosted myself yet, no special reason for that. Nice spots to go in the neighbourhood, things about their city/region/country.. but also customs, opinions, thougts, and so on.
Interests
Maybe hobbies is an easier answer to give. I like to move -especially in the outside, I like to read, I like to try out new things and I like drinking a nice cup of tea. My interests are rather broad I'd say, though I have a special love for theatre and language(s).
I've been studying bio-engineering and environmental sciences for the last couple of years. The environment and everything that's happening to it also receives a lot of my attention and time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed the walls of Kotor (Montenegro) in the middle of the night with a backpack of 20 kilograms searching for a certain hole in the wall. Finding the hole and climbing through it to sleep in an abandoned little church, inhabited by bats. Loved it! ;)
