ABOUT ME

I work and live in Gdansk, but I'm not from here. It's been already 5 years since I moved here.I love this city very much and if you want - I can show you some interesting places. I speak English, Russian and Ukrainian and I am willing to meet people from all over the world.
I am very socializing person, I can't stand sitting on a couch and watching TV. I love meeting new people and learning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love the idea of CS, I want to learn more and more everyday, make new friends, get to know other cultures and so on... And CS perfectly lets me do that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met lots of interesting people via this site, seen wonderful places, tried delicious food, made friends and simply lived a life.

Interests

My hobby is a theatre. I'm a part of theatre group "Navpaky" so I spend my free time on rehearsals to plays. I also like going to the theatre as a watcher.

I like photography and literature, especially Russian literature.

I am also interested into folk, I love old culture of Slavic countries, theirs clothes, songs craft and languages. I enjoy craft of broidery, cross stitch, Ukrainian style.

I used to work as a nanny for 3,5 year. I love kids, I am interested in psychology, especially developmental psychology.
I love guinea pigs! I have one at my home and I want to adopt him a fiend soon.

Music, Movies, and Books

Also, I love music, like, almost all genres, maybe I don't like metal or hard rock, but still I like rock, blues, jazz, recently I fell in love to electronic music, I love techno and house, all genres but also dubstep, drum and bass and so on. I like reggae and ska and folk, too. And good pop, too, even mainstream.
Besides all of that I can say that my real idols in music is: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Okean Elzy.
I love going to concerts, discos, music festivals. I can't, but i really enjoy dancing.

I am not into movies, but I have few favourites. I prefer theatre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

being 4 month on internship in Moscow,
experiencing polar day,
travelling with my theatre group and earlier choir,
sailing with great couchsurfer in Belgium,
couchsurfing with my parents, sister and brother-in-law in the woods in Slovakia
found a love of my life (we are getting married this year)!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Polish, Russian and Ukrainian language and tell something more about those cultures
I actually can't cook, but when I host people we always have simple breakfast together :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I started travelling in 2014, when I was on my internship in Moscow. I fell in love in this city and travelled through european part of Russia. I met wonderful people and also feel in love with CS.
So I can share my experience from those journeys :)
Also I want to share positive attitude to life!
I can share knowledge about Polish and Ukrainian culture.
