Hi I‘m Lars,
I’m not really sure what to write about myself and not really good at writing things about myself but anyway here we go.

You probably could call me a foodie. Fact is I don’t refuse good food and I love to cook. Curiosity is key, combining new ingredients and create new flavors is what I like most. I rarely follow recipes since recipes just limit your creativity. Mist of the times this is working quite well. Every time I am in a new destination I like to search for new ingredients and flavors so local cuisine is usually the first stop.

If you like you can discuss with me basically everything no matter whether politics, philosophic stuff or science. My friends tend to say I can add to almost every topic some weird or useless facts. I guess when my friends say it then it must be true.

When traveling you probably will find me with a camera in the hand since I love taking photos mainly landscapes but not limited to it. Whenever there is a good photo opportunity count me in.
