About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to get the best of everyday, specially seeing our world as much as I can in my lifetime.
For the next few months, to embark on the travel of my life so far: go from Portugal to Iran in a several month trip.

ABOUT ME

I was born and grew up in Viana do Castelo, northwest coast of Portugal, very close to northern spanish border along the atlantic. I took my law degree in Porto and had just a little working experience in my hometown since then. I've been travelling everytime I could and I keep writing about it in my memories. I dream of new travels and adventures all the time and I'm always looking forward to meet new people, preferably from different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Humanism - the philosophy of classical antiquity and renaissance italian humanists, a great and undiscovered source of inspiration.

Grab every moment in your life...it is too short and unique to waste on certain things sometimes we do in our everyday.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd choose to say the nearly 3 months that I spent in Italy in the spring of 2013, just for travelling all around the country. It was the happiest time of my life so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

My mother language and the languages I speak fluently, my culture in general and my knowledge of History in particular.

Always up to learn new languages, mostly the languages of the places I travel to, and get acquainted to their cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A souvenir or small gift brought from my home country or countries I've visited in my journey, as I think CS should never be entirely free - if something is given, I always give something back.

Tips for travelling in Portugal or any other places i've been to and specially my hope and efforts to pay their hospitality back in my home.

A deep and intense cultural exchange through good understanding in pleasant conversations.
