We are husband and wife originally from Karachi, Pakistan currently living in the beautiful city of Lahore in Northern Pakistan.

We love the idea of meeting new people and spending time with them learning about about their unique lives and culture.

Interests

We enjoy traveling and have been to quite a few countries. We love watching movies (mostly European, Iranian and independent cinema) and listening to music. Quite often we dine out with friends and try new cuisines. Whenever we are travelling, we enjoy visiting theaters, museums and art galleries and collect souvenirs. Karim is a filmmaker by profession while Mehreen is a graphic designer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haven't done one yet but we would love to hitchhike across Europe and take a train journey from East to West coast in the United States. We are also planning to explore India, Iran and Central Asia.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach spoken English, basic film and photography skills as well as fine arts such as painting and sculpture. Would love to learn swimming, yoga and cooking.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share our extensive travel experiences as well as unique things about our country, culture and lifestyle. We can help them cook and introduce them to Pakistani food, music, literature and arts. Whenever we travel, we try to bring traditional Pakistani souvenirs for our hosts.
