About Me
Hi,
I'm a second year medicine student that use to travel a lot and still do when I get the chance. I love the freedome of traveling and the opportunity to meet new people and experience new things every day. In general I'm very social, happy and easy going.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I think it's a great community. Traveling is all about meeting new people, exploring new cultures and discovering new places. Some of my best traveling experiences has been in the company of locals, they know the best way to get around, where to find the best food on so on and their love for their country or city is always rubbing off on you. In general, I just think CS is a great way for people to meet new people, get new friends and share hobbies and interests.
Interests
I am not gonna lie, I am a huge outdoor enthusiast. This is something I have discovered fairly recently but I love mountains, climbing, hiking, being at sea, camping, you name it.
I used to play the piano, and I still do when I get the chance, especially blues. I'm mighty shy and hate playing in front of an audience but it's always fun discussing music with others, teaching people the basics or seeing live bands.
I am a so called foodie, so anything about food, sweets, cooking or baking will usually catch my full attention.

Music, Movies, and Books
Tough questions..
Music: Everything from Ray Charles to Avicii if I'm being completely honest.
Books: Great ones I recommend are Forrest Gump, A Thousand Splendid Suns and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.
Movies: All the classics: The God Father, Star Wars, Bond movies, Pulp Fiction, 12 Angry Men.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to a basic mountaineering course in northern India. Besides from pursuing my passion and learning what it really takes to be a mountaineer I got to know some amazing people and I learned a lot about India (I was the only foreigner in my batch of 76 trainees + instructors).
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm very open to try and learn new things and I'm more then happy to teach whatever people want to learn.
Countries I’ve Visited
