ABOUT ME

Hello there!
Tyrant Taylor here! I Lead a crew of 7 traveling vagabonds from bethlehem pa! We travel around in a big converted school bus and don't actually need crash space as much as we need parking space for our 29 footer. We've got bunks and a small cooking area in the bus. We may need a shower or bathroom if possible. We have a lot of couch surfing experience and we love to meet and hang with new people! We are a lively bunch slinging accordions, tubas, trombones, violins, and washboards! For this tour we are going to New Orleans for Mardi Gras! Please let us know if you can help us on tour!

PHILOSOPHY

Travel in the name of music. Street perform wherever possible, and write about everything you do. Allowing your fans to dance and form conga lines works too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We participate by getting into the couch surfing community. We try to sink our teeth into the experiences of being on the road. So we write people hoping to lay our heads down on a pillow, couch, or floor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a touring band we have surfed many-a couch! We've stayed in hotels, hostels, vans, cars, trains, punk houses, and the like. We've had alot of good times, and a few scary ones! We are a good crew. And we will play music for you.

Interests

Gypsy punk music, ensembles of the musical and art kind. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ooooh the things we've seen! We've been a touring band for the last 5 years now and have traveled the u.s. a few times now. Just having the privilege to travel around and play for so many different cities and faces every night is one of the most amazing experiences one could have.

Teach, Learn, Share

Late at night, lets swap stories through song. I'll grab my accordion, Sarah will get her violin, Jaclyn will get her banjo, Chet will get te washboard.....We will sing songs, and fling our melodies into the air. It's the least we could do for the favor of letting the 6 of us share your home.
