Hi! I am Adam from the Netherlands. I have started couchsurfing on a big 6 month trip through Asia 5 years ago and ever since I use it as a platform to meet people! After my travel thanks to my job i have lived and worked in India, Canada and UAE. Back home i was able to host some CS'ers in my hometown Haarlem. Since it is 5 years after the last trip, it is time for a world trip together with my girlfriend Marjolein. Currently we are travelling, and will continue to do so for several years combing travel, work and volunteering. Therefore i am unfortunately unable to host anyone in the Netherlands at the moment. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When i was travelling in Asia at some point i got bored of the usual way of travelling of using public transport and moving from hostel to hostel just meeting people doing the same. I started couchsurfing and hitchhiking and this has really enriched my travels!

Quit my job to go on a world trip together with my girlfriend. And during that trip buying a motorbike in India to tour around!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like help people in whatever way possible. Back home I have worked a lot as a tutor and I enjoyed this a lot, as it is very social and a great way to help people. I also volunteer at a scouts club where we learn children to sail and to work together.
