About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling from Valencia to Athens via the Mediterranean Coast
ABOUT ME
I'm currently in the NW for a legal clerkship with Civil Liberties Defense Center. After the summer I will be heading back to Oakland to finish my last year of law school. I'm hoping to find a place in Mt. Vernon in order to observe our lead attorney's trial.
PHILOSOPHY
I just try to experience my life as honestly as possible. I do my best to treat people with the kind of respect I would like to receive, and to not cast judgement on the way others choose to live, view, or understand their lives.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had many roommates throughout my various living situations so I am no stranger to sharing possibly limited space. I am a pretty easy-going, good-natured guy who is excited for the opportunity to meet new people.
Interests
Being an English major, I love to read and write, but I also thoroughly enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities. Camping/hiking, sports (baseball, football, frisbee), climbing, or just taking a walk. I also appreciate a good movie (favorite directors: Quentin Tarantino, Cohen Brohers, Wes Anderson, Martin Scorsese). I also enjoy going to museums and other points of interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went skydiving with my partner Georgia about a year ago and that was one of the most exciting experiences in my life. It is not something I ever thought I'd do, though I had wanted to for a while. When the opportunity came up, we jumped.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm not sure what to say here. I love to learn about almost anything, from what makes a person tick, to why a painting was painted the way it was. I am working on getting to a conversational level with Spanish, I am helping my friend renovate his living room (painting, installing wood flooring), and I write poetry and short fiction.
