ABOUT ME

I'm Rémi, French, 31 years old. I'm working as logistician, currently in the automotive industry. I live in the suburb of Strasbourg but i'm from Lille. As abroad experiences, I've done an exchange year in Erfurt and a VIE in Augsburg (both in Germany) and some trips in Europe. I am planning to travel to South Switzerland (Tessin) and Italy (Lombardia) with my bike in Spting 2024

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was in summer 2016, I've done a three weeks bike tour from Lille through Belgium and the Netherlands essentially. In this trip, i've been hosted by many couchsurfers, warmshowers, random people... Since this experience, I feel very liable cause my trip would have been less fun and more complicated without their help.

Interests

My main hobbies are playing music and cycling. I play the trumpet in bands and jam sessions.

My other hobbies are : running, dancing (rock, salsa, swing), video/photo editing (mostly for my bike trips)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like groovy music (rock, funk, jazz,...). I am focusing on brassbands like Gallowstreet for some months.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The bike trip in Benelux. It was the first time I was discovering cities and people every day. I felt out of my comfort zone for 3 weeks. I proved myself I was able to survive in a stranger environment.
