ABOUT ME

It's me Björn a 23 year old student living in the Scheveningen (The Netherlands) and studying in Eindhoven.. Because I need to live close to the sea or snow for my hobbies (snowboarding and surfing) and luckily I can do both in the Hague, at least snowboarding in a fridge and surfing in the frigid North Sea waves.
I love to listen to music and talk about it, especially classic rock.. So with music I'm a little bit old fashioned! ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I tried to couchsurf during my interrail trip in Europe, but unfortunately I didn't get a positive response.
But when I was working in Kaprun, Austria and I was planning on extending my stay but as cheap as possible someone offered me to couchsurf.. And that's my first couchsurfing experience and won't be the last!

Music, Movies, and Books

I think most couchsurfers have seen this move and love it.. It's Into the Wild. If you haven't seen it... Shame on you! No really.. It's a good movie and probably you will like it. Altough the end is pretty sad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving, snowboarding, surfing, festivals, rugby games.. Life itself is amazing, but choosing one thing.. Sorry I can't do it.

Searching adrenaline.. That's the most amazing thing.

A couch and space to put some mattress on.
My hapy face and my wisdom about the Hague at night!

My house is pretty close to a few tram stops and the beach is nearly my garden. From there you can go to nearly every place in the Hague by public transport (train, tram or bus). Or if you want to explore the city by style you can borrow my longboard or my bike (it's stolen but probably I will buy a new one).. if you didn't know we have a dog over here. No worries when he met you it's okay!
