我做过的一件不可思议的事情

VIPASSANA
I completed a 10 days silent meditation retreat in Montebello, Canada. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done and I almost quit. It was a life changing experience and I can strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to connect with the highest self. Do it! ;)

Yoga Teacher Training
I did my training in Costa Rica. 24 days of pure yoga, love and bliss. Waking up at 4.30am and enjoying the sunrise with view of the Caribbean. Paradise birds flying by and sloths hanging around. Followed by 1 hour silent meditation, 4 hours of yoga and 3 hours of theory. I loved it so much 🙌🏻
