Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While travelling, meeting new people is one of the great excitements. Local hosts can help show/point out to you the best and more secret places in town and eventually you already have someone to go with. When at home, meeting new people is just as exciting and a great variety on a daily routine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014 I went to China for 3 months, of which I spent 1.5 month alone. I stayed for a month in a village where I studied Chinese and made friends with Chinese from different parts of China. I became somewhat familiar with the Chinese lifestyle, traditions, food and philosophies. Making such an unfamiliar culture a bit your own, was one of my coolest experiences in life.
