driving from alabama to california via MS, North LA, TX, NM, AZ and ending in San Francisco... looking for places to stay. I'm on a research trip for my artwork

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a really small rural village in North Yorkshire and moved to London to go to art school when I was 18. I've always been pretty independent, although I come from a really close family- growing up in the open countryside has always made me want to explore and travel. I recently was awarded a travel scholarship from my university after I graduated and so this trip is the start of my own work as an artist.. I'm excited, but nervous.. London is great but my best friend lives in San Francisco and so I can't wait to come back to America.

Interests

I've spent the whole summer waitressing and working in bars and cinemas to save up for this trip, but I cycle all over the city to see friends and love to cook or watch films or just bike around all night and go out and about.

Music, Movies, and Books

brought up on the clash, the stranglers, the rolling stones and velvet underground, developed a love for west coast anticon, dance all night to soul and funk. Jimi hendrix everyday.

100 years of solitude has been my favourite book for a long time.
