Hi! I'm Jan and I'm Belgian where I speak Dutch :-) which is somewhat the same language the Dutchies speak ! I used to work as an engineer, but since last year I've been a full time photography student.

I like to make fun of everything, which often ends up in me being made fun of. I dig good music, anything from rock over jazz to classical piano. If you have a song you're absolutely fond of, then I'd sure like to hear it.

I'm also a hardcore beginner in rock climbing (6a is pretty much it) tho' I like it.

I like to try new stuff. When you step away from the path you've been walking on all along, you'll start seeing new things. Everything becomes fresh and exciting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've met quite a lot of amazing couchsurfers through a housemate being a host in Copenhagen. Two of them we've visited in Berlin afterwards.

Now I'm going to New Zealand for a year-long working holiday, so Couchsurfing will be one of my channels to find a place to stay or people to meet up with.
