I am a Brazilian journalist interested in traveling and meeting people around the world. Since I’ve graduated from College - seven years ago - I dedicate myself to writing stories about people and their relationship with food and also about culture and tourism. I love listening to their stories and learning with them. In 2015, I decided to start a trip around the world - first Central America - to witness and register all about people and the their typical food and traditions. I want to learn not only the recipes but also the relationship the native’s have with their food. Besides that, I want to write about unexplored tourist destinations and little known among Brazilians.
As a journalist, I am a very communicative person. I am also easygoing and I am always in a good mood. I can help with house maintenance, guest, gardening, house sitting, looking after children and pets, cooking, painting etc. I am a very open minded person and I don't have any kind of prejudice. I've left my parents' house more than 10 years ago, what makes me a responsible and independent person. I am ready to go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This specific way of traveling will be very interesting because I will be very close to people and places. I don't want to be just a tourist.
Also, I want to receive people at my own house in Brazil, as I am back, and introduce our culture to the world.
