Hello world!

I'm Sophia from Germany, student in psychology and I love traveling and meeting people from all over the world. That is why I really like the idea of couchsurfing because my objectives of traveling are getting to know a foreign culture through getting to know the locals. I would describe myself as very open-minded and curious about traditions and all sorts of different cultural aspects in a foreign country. So, I'm excited to getting to know you!

In my free time I like to hang out with my friends, go to bars or cook something yummy together. Also I love doing sports and be outdoors and I'm always seeking a new adventure outside my comfort zone - that's where all the fun happens, right?!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to get to know a country through getting to know it's people. In addition, I think it's a wonderful way to give and recieve help as well as create connections and build up friendships all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Here in Argentina, in Cafayate, I from a rock into a river, right next to a waterfall. I was quite scared to do it, I thought the water would be super cold, but I did it and it was so cool! I love these kind of adventures and experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to learn about your life, your daily routine and things that make you happy. Also I'd like to learn something about the place where you live and your favorite place to spend a peaceful evening, for example. Or well, just anything!

I can teach you something about other countries I've visited, and life in Europe in general. Furthermore I really like cooking with fresh ingredients and experimenting new recipies. While sharing a glass of wine we could have some interesting conversations.
