It's difficult to describe myself, but I think I'm friendly, I love when I can laugh and I love when I can see people laughing. I'm open-minded and I try to be optimistic. I love fun and I love traveling of course!

To enjoy every second of your life and to do things that you want to do when you want to do and not to put them on later, because you live only once! :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Why am I on couchsurfing? I think it's one of the best way to meet people from all over the world and to get to know other cultures and places more deeply. Also I think, you discover the place you visit through the people you meet there.

兴趣

I love to travel and talk with new people sharing some life experiences. Then I'm always keen on discovering and learning new things about people, world and stuff - no matter if it is by reading books, watching films or talking to people. I prefer mountains to sea, so hiking in the mountains and admiring the nature around me is the type of relax I like. But even better relax is to combine both of them!!
Apart from that I like music and everything linked to it, listening to the music, going to the concerts and playing drums (but I didn't have much time to play lately).
I fell in love with dancing and I want to devote myself to it more and more... started with salsa but now bachata is taking over! :)

Movies: Fight club, Shutter Island, Mr Nobody, Interstellar, Ek Villain, 3 idiots, Jagten, Relatos Salvajes, Amores Perros... something with an idea or so, of course it's good to watch some american or french comedy to relax and laugh, but I prefer something that makes you think about it after the movie is over. My favorite directors are David Fincher, Danny Boyle and Christopher Nolan. I love also kind of road movies or nature movies like 127 hours, Into the wild, The way, The way back, Wild, Everest, Captain Fantastic..... I could go on and on..... :)

Music: RHCP, Muse, The Beatles, Irie Revoltes, Dub Inc, Bob Marley, The Black Keys, Parov Stelar, Movits, Chet Faker, John Butler, Josh Groban...but also some slovak or czech music as Karel Kryl, Jaromir Nohavica, Nedvedovci, Zuzana Smatanova, Polemic....it is always good to sing some folk music next to a fire in the nature with some friends and guitar playing. I also love classical or some calm music for meditation and to switch off a bit (Beethoven, Bach, Mike Oldfield or those meditation music with sound of birds and flowing rivers or blowing wind :D). Recently I fell in love with salsa and bachata music (Alex and Monchy, Daniel Santacruz, Dustin Richie, Grupo Exxtra and of course Romeo Santos and Prince Royce).

Hitch-hiking through Europe for the first time in 2014, then repeat it in Scandinavia next year for 3 weeks on my own, 5 years later decided to hitchike solo again in Croatia
Sleeping in an abandoned beach hotel in Kupari (Croatia) alone on the "terrace"

Did 160 km by bike in one day to cross from one country to another
Meeting people from CS
Backpacking the US for two months, Volunteering and travelling in East Africa for two months
Coming to Mexico to study for 6 months without knowing the language well
Hiked in the 4000 metres above the sea level and reached 5200 metres above the sea level - Vinicunca
(Almost not) crossing borders from Uganda to Rwanda and from Rwanda to Tanzania
Crossing the borders from Peru to Bolivia during the 48h farmers striking

What can I share and teach? I can teach you slovak language (at least some basic phrases) or how to cook some slovak specalities - which are actually quite simple to make if you have the right things to do it. I can share with you my stories, the laugh and the present moment! :)
