Overview
About Me
I'm simple polish girl with two braids, who loves to travel and meet new people. I'm tollerant and always smiling one. Sometimes I'm really spontaneous (let's make a pizza!), other time I'm totally inflexible (let's order a pizza!).
Really love to try anything new, especially new views, countries, languages and food! I don't like to take life too serious - we all will die anyway (yes, seriously!) :)
I moved to Spain to catch some sun, fall in love with people, palm trees and food anew. Barcelona is wonderful!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My couchsurfing experience is bipolar. Have had few experiences which weren't nice, it's not worth of talking about it. In the nutshell - it's really hard to be woman in here :).
But still, CS let me know a lot of fantastic people with whom I have contact untill now. Except that, in my opinion, the best way to visit some place is to visit it with person who is in love with this place. This person put his heart and soul into everything he is showing you. Good people. That's the best side of this site.
I don't think that writing back for your couch request like "sorry, you don't really know the couchsurfing idea, you should read my profile more properly and write something strictly about me in this request" is fair.
You can't know person after reading her/his profile and writing request with citations of someones profile is nothing more than artificial.
I'm not expecting that everyone who is looking for a couch is reading whole my profile and that he is doing it because he likes the impresion about me. I am aware of the fact that sometimes people are looking here JUST for free accomodation, but if you want to give something from you in return (company, smile, dinner, stories, whatever) - fair enough for me. I really enjoy company and house full of great people.

Music, Movies, and Books
There are too many worlds fighting inside of me to limit myself just to one kind of music or books.
Frank Sinatra is giving me pre-christmas mood all year. Ayo is a chronic daymaker. Faith No More is something when I'm listening to I'm completely sure that if I could write music, I would do everything just the same. Portishead and Massive Attack are magically and sexually… perfect. Manu Chao is wonderfully joyfull. I'm also into polish sung poetry, jazz, and into every music which has the most beautiful instrument in this world in itself - trumpet. Mostly I'm listening to polish, irish and balkan folk music like Kapela Ze Wsi Warszawa or Goran Bregovic, which I am always having goose-flesh when I am listening to. Those are basically the answers what the music was made for.
I am in endless love with polish, czech, iberoamerican and russian literature, but when I need to refresh my mind a bit (which only murders can do ;) I'm reading also popular thrillers like Larson's , Deaver's, Coben's or Brown's. Sometimes I'm even reading shitty books just to have the full right to say that they are shitty. I somehow still have childish fondness to Harry Potter. I'm also pretty much into few classics like Mann, Hemingway, Tolkien, Proust.
I am a bit behind the times with watching movies (I have never seen most of classics) but I have few favourites like Forrest Gump, Scent Of A Woman, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, La Vita E Bella, The Blues Brothers. Really like good serials like fantastically made Breaking Bad, Dexter, or the best thing what was ever made - How Not To Live Your Life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm really proud of myself that I made happen my hitchiking experience and get to Barcelona from Wrocław in 3 days. And also get back. Alive! :)
Teach, Learn, Share
About learning I am always open for everything I still don't know. And everything I know I can teach everyone, who wants to learn (which is a bit of polish literature, a bit of how not to care what people think about you, a bit how to write, a bit how to drink irresponsible quantities of alcohol and on the next day pretend a lady, or a bit how to be a mental blonde).
