About Me
CURRENT MISSION Learn a lot ABOUT ME I am from Aydın, Turkey. Now I live in Flagstaff, USA. I am doing my MA and working as a GTA. I love traveling and learning new cultures. I am an introvert, but still talkative, curious, loving, helpful, self-confident and friendly girl. PHILOSOPHY The most important thing in this life is happiness for me. It is much more important than money, religion, some cultural or traditional values etc.
PLEASE READ: Hi all, I just wanted to add a friendly note to say that I am not here to flirt with anyone. I am here to learn new people, share traveling experiences, find hosts/travel-buddies and have fun, which does not necessarily include flirting. If you have such intentions, I am not the right person for you and Couchsurfing is not the best place for this. Also, if I don’t know you, do not send friend requests please.

Interests
Listening to music, talking about my culture and learning different cultures, tasting different types of food & drinks, learning how to cook something from a different cuisine, discussions about language learning theories (I really enjoy it!), traveling, seeing new places, spending time in the nature ...
Music, Movies, and Books
Well, generally I like EDM and house music, but I am open to other types as well (apart from rap, R&B). My favourite movie is definitely Hachiko! It is a dog story that is narrated from a boy's point of view. I won't go into details you should definitely watch it! I really like the Pianist, Phantom of the Opera and some classical Turkish movies, too. To talk about books, I was moved by the Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, Köprü (the Bridge) by Ayşe Kulin, the Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living in Turkey is pretty amazing I guess.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach. Learn. Share. Let's do this yeah! I am open to learn new stuff like a culture, a cuisine, history, or traditional values and I really like talking about my own country and culture! This web-site is a very good chance to exchange some knowledge about different cultures.
